RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue increased by 58.194% to R13.168 million, from R8.324 million in the prior year
     ended 28 February 2021 (“prior corresponding period”).

     Headline loss per share decreased by 12.12% to 20.3 cents per share, from 23.1 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share decreased by 10.96% to 20.3 cents per share, from 22.8 cents per share
     in the prior corresponding period.
