ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE INVESTOR CALL AND PRESENTATION IN RELATION
TO THE ACQUISITION OF SELECT MANGANESE ASSETS FROM NTSIMBINTLE HOLDINGS
PROPRIETARY LIMITED AND OMH (MAURITIUS) CORP
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited earlier today where shareholders were advised that Exxaro, through its newly incorporated wholly-
owned subsidiary (the "Purchaser"), has entered into two separate agreements with Ntsimbintle Holdings
Proprietary Limited and OMH (Mauritius) Corp (collectively the "Sellers"), respectively, to acquire the shares
and certain corresponding claims held by the Sellers in and against various investee companies (the "Target
Assets") (the "Transaction(s)").
Shareholders are advised of the details of the investor call and presentation as set out below:
INVESTOR CALL AND PRESENTATION
Exxaro will host a conference call for investors at 10:00 (and not 11:00 as previously advised) (South African
time) on Tuesday, 13 May 2025. For dial-in details please refer to the Exxaro's website at
