CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Astoria (the
"Board") advises shareholders that Mr Christophe Du Mée has resigned as an independent non-executive director
of the Company with effect from 16 November 2020.

The Board thanks Christophe for his contributions towards the Company, and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.

The Board will look to appoint another suitably qualified and experienced independent non-executive director in
due course.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and 11.17, and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure
