RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders of the company are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Monday,
26 November 2018 (the "GM") (in terms of the notice of general meeting sent to shareholders on 29 October 2018), 
all of the resolutions tabled thereat with regard to the transfer of stated capital to non-distributable reserves, 
changes to the investment strategy of the company and subsequent amendments to the constitution of Greenbay, a change 
of name of the company and consolidation of the share capital on a 1 for 20 basis, were passed by the requisite majority 
of shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the GM are as follows:
- total number of shares that could have been voted at the GM: 9 488 106 526
- total number of shares that were present/represented at the GM: 7 694 804 825 being 81.10% of total number of
   shares that could have been voted at the GM.
