Texton shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on
Thursday, 19 March 2015, at the registered office of the Company, all the ordinary and special resolutions as
proposed in the Notice of the General Meeting, included in the circular, dated 18 February 2015, were
approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders. In this regard, Texton confirms the voting statistics from
