GCR RATINGS AFFIRMS VUKILE ISSUER RATING


Noteholders and shareholders are advised that Global Credit Rating Company Limited ("GCR") has released
a credit rating announcement in which Vukile's rating has as remained unchanged and GCR has affirmed the
national scale issuer rating of AA(za) and A1+(za), for the long and short-term respectively, with a Stable
Outlook.

According to GCR, the issuer rating reflects Vukile's "robust property performance metrics in both its South
African and Spanish portfolios" and recognises Vukile's "diverse funding structure and strong liquidity for a
REIT."
