Finalisation announcement regarding the declaration of a special ordinary dividend


Shareholders are referred to the announcement in respect of the declaration of a special
ordinary dividend of 55.90000 cents per ordinary share released on SENS on
23 November 2022 (“Declaration Announcement”) subject to the applicable dividends tax
levied in terms of the Income Tax Act (Act 58 of 1962) (as amended).

The Declaration Announcement stated that the special ordinary dividend is subject to
Exchange Control approval by the South African Reserve Bank and shareholders are now
advised that Exchange Control approval has been obtained.

The salient dates for the declaration of the special ordinary dividend remain unchanged as
announced in the Declaration Announcement.
