CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Cheryl-Jane (CJ) Kujenga will step down as an executive director and
chief financial officer of Ascendis Health with effect from 30 September 2022.

The Board thanks CJ for her outstanding contribution to the Company during her tenure in leading the
group through this period of restructuring and ongoing corporate activity. The Board wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
