CHANGES TO THE IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF A DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised of the following change that has been made to the composition of the Transformation,
Social and Ethics Committee (‘TSEC’) with effect from 26 August 2022:

Dr Jacqueline Chimhanzi, a non-executive director of the ADvTECH Board and member of the Audit
and Risk Committee, has been appointed as a chairperson of the TSEC Committee on which she
previously served as a member.
