BALLOT RESULTS BALLOT PROCEDURES IN RESPECT OF THE AMENDMENT
OF THE INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE 1NVEST SWIX 40 ETF


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 25 May 2022 regarding the
ballot voting procedure in respect of the amendment of the 1nvest Swix 40 ETF.


The ballot closed on 06 July 2022, 131,858,949 (99%) of the unit holders responded
to the call for a ballot and of the voters 131,855,524 (100%) voted in favour of the
amendments and 0.00% voted against the amendments.


The effective date of 15 August 2022 as initially announced on 25 May 2022 has been
amended to 01 September 2022 for the investment policy changes to coincide with a
new month.
