1nvest SA Bond ETF distribution policy change

1nvest Investment Manager confirms that the 1nvest SA Bond ETF (“ETFBND”) has changed the
distribution policy which will see the fund hold income received into the portfolio in cash and
distribute a net of cash amount, at the end of every quarter. The fund will continue to track the
Index on price return basis plus income. This amended distribution policy will then be aligned to
the other local ETF products currently offered by 1nvest.
