This transaction enabled Wimsey to protect the downside risk of the share
price at 100% of the current value on 200 000 Capitec shares. In order to
make the protection "zero cost", Wimsey was willing to forfeit the growth
above 145.6% of the current value of the shares. It is Wimsey's intention
to cash settle the transaction at maturity as opposed to selling any
shares.
