DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 Macrh 2017. The distribution of 38.54678 cents per PropTrax TEN security will be comprised
as follows:

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               33.40459 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
 holders)
 Non-residents:
 Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%)                                                  6.68092 cents
 Net dividend                                                                          26.72367 cents


 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross)                                          5.14219 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (20%)                                                         1.02844 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                  4.11375 cents


The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were recorded in the register
on 31 March 2017 and will be paid on 20 April 2017.
