Shareholders are advised that Mr. Brian Van Rooyen has resigned as a non-       
executive director of Italtile Limited. Mr. Van Rooyen`s resignation is as a    
direct consequence of the increased time and commitment that he is required to  
devote to the affairs of Labat Holdings Limited, of which he is Chief Executive 
Director and other commitments to spot and civic activities.
