  CHANGE IN DESIGNATED ADVISOR AND CORRECTION REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE
                               COMPANY SECRETARY


TERMINATION OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR SERVICES
In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of Pembury
hereby advises shareholders that the Designated Advisor services provided to the Company by
AcaciaCap Advisors Proprietary Limited have been terminated with effect from 30 April 2023.

PLG has commenced with the process of appointing a new Designated Advisor and a further
announcement will be made in due course.

CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders were advised in a SENS announcement published on 3 April 2023 that that the
Company had appointed IKB Company Secretaries with effect from 1 April 2023 to assist the
company with its ongoing regularisation and compliance with the Companies Act and other
regulatory requirements.

The appointment date of IKB Company Secretaries is actually with effect from 1 May 2023.
