REMINDER OF THE RELEASE OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022 AND
A LIVE PRESENTATION THEREOF

Shareholders are advised that Aspen intends releasing its annual financial results for the year ended
30 June 2022 on the JSE Stock Exchange News Service on Wednesday, 31 August 2022. This will be followed
by a live presentation to the investment community, in respect of these results, at 08h30 (SAST) on
1 September 2022, that will be hosted at the Investec office in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Shortly before the commencement of the live presentation on 1 September 2022, the slides accompanying
the annual results presentation will be made available on the Aspen website at
