RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY: AMANDA BRUYNS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Company wishes to
make the following announcement:
• Ms Amanda Bruyns has given the board 30 (thirty) days’ notice of her resignation as the
company secretary, from 31 August 2019. Her last day will be 27 September 2019.
• The reason for her resignation is for personal reasons. Ms Bruyns informed the board: “I loved
every minute of being cosec, I grew a lot as a person. This was definitely a new challenge and
an excellent opportunity and I am thankful towards the Van Rooyen family and each and every
board member”.
• Her resignation as company secretary of Trustco Group Holdings Limited also coincides with
her resignation as company secretary to other companies within the Trustco Group.
• The Trustco Board accepts her resignation and wishes to thank Ms Bruyns for her contribution
during her tenure as part of management and as the company secretary.
• The Trustco Board approved the appointment of Mrs Heleen Steyn as acting company
secretary of Trustco. Mrs Heleen Steyn is a qualified attorney and has been with Trustco for
the past 7 years and serving as Head of the Property Division for the last 3 and a half years.
