Holders of LowVolTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2017. The distribution of 23.33170 cents per LowVolTrax security will be comprised
as follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross)                                         13.72194 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (20%)                                                       2.74439 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                               10.97755 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               7.34407 cents
