RESULTS OF OFFER AND LISTING OF ADVANCED HEALTH

Following the intended listing announcement published on1 April 2014, the directors of
Advanced Health are pleased to advise that the JSE Limited has approved the listing of
80 000 000 ordinary shares on the AltX under the abbreviated name “ADVANCED HEALTH” and
ISIN ZAE000189049. The listing of the shares on AltX will become effective from the 
commencement of business on Friday, 25 April 2014.

The offer of 80 million shares at R1.00 per share as detailed in the Prospectus dated 31 March
2014, has been oversubscribed. Approximately 1 300 applications for 217 million shares
were received. Primary considerations as per the Prospectus subject to relevant information
being provided to identify such applicants, applied for 6.4 million shares, which will be
allocated in full. Applicants applying for more than 100 000 shares will receive 100 000
shares plus a proportional percentage of the remaining pool.

The excess applications will be refunded on an equitable basis.
