APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 6.71(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Louis Raubenheimer ("Louis"), has been appointed as an
Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board of Raubex with effect from
1 March 2026.

Louis holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B. Eng (Civil)) and brings
more than 30 years of executive leadership experience within the construction
industry. He previously served in the Group from 1992 until his early retirement on
1 July 2022, during which time he held various senior roles, culminating in his
position as Divisional Managing Director of the Roads and Earthworks Division. Louis
is also the son of Koos Raubenheimer, the founder of Raubex.

Louis does not hold any shares in Raubex and has not been involved in the Group for
nearly four years. These factors support his appointment as an Independent Non-
Executive Director of the Group.

The Board confirms that in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements a fit and
proper assessment has been conducted and that the Board is satisfied with the
outcome of the assessment. Additionally, the Group confirms that there are no
positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information contained in the
director's declaration.

The Board is pleased to welcome Louis to Raubex and looks forward to the valuable
insights and contributions he will bring during his tenure.
