In compliance with section 3.75 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are
advised that the Company’s external auditor Mazars have appointed Thinus de Vries as the new individual
designated auditor for the Company with effect from 27 February 2023, replacing Gerhard de Beer who
stepped down.

The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Gerhard De Beer for his contribution during his tenure.
