TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


Shareholders are advised that, in compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies
Act”), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, the Company has received notification from Catalyst Fund Managers Proprietary Limited (“Catalyst”)
of the acquisition by Catalyst on behalf of its clients of Octodec shares such that clients of Catalyst now hold 5.01% of
the Company’s total issued ordinary share capital.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Octodec has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
