CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Dr Moretlo Molefi has advised the board of EOH that she has decided to stand
down as an independent non-executive director of EOH with effect from 15 December 2020, which is the date
on which the next Annual General Meeting will be held. Dr Molefi’s health and the need to focus on the
development of her business have motivated her decision.

The board of directors of EOH would like to thank Dr Molefi for her contribution to EOH, hope that her health
will improve rapidly and wish her well in her future endeavours.

The nominations committee is in advanced discussions with two new board members to replace Ms Bogdanov
and Dr Molefi and will make an announcement in this regard shortly.
