Sappi announces covenant waiver extension


Sappi Limited has successfully renegotiated the covenant suspension period applicable to our credit
facility financial covenants. The banking group provided unanimous support and the covenant
suspension period has now been extended to September 2021, with the first measurement due at the
end of December 2021. The extended suspension period continues to be subject to the same
customary conditions and we expect to sign the agreement in the next few days.
