CHANGES TO FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Friedrich Hans Esterhuyse has resigned from his position as chairman of the board of directors of
Mettle (“the Board”) with effect from 24 February 2020, however, he will remain on the Board as a
non-executive director.

The Board has appointed Mr Hendrik van der Merwe Scholtz to replace Mr Esterhuyse as chairman
with immediate effect.
