NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Stor-Age shareholders are advised
that Stor-Age has received notification from Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd
advising that it has acquired, on behalf of its clients, a beneficial interest in the securities of Stor-Age,
such that its entire beneficial interest amounts to 5.54% of the total number of securities in issue of the
Company.
