DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of LowVolTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2015. The distribution of 35.67188 cents per LowVolTrax Security will be comprised as
follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                         22.68712 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                       3.40307 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                               19.28405 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                              10.78845 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
 holders)
 Non-residents:
 Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%)                                                 1.61827 cents
 Net dividend                                                                          9.17018 cents

 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                        2.19631 cents

The distribution will be made to all holders of LowVolTrax securities who were recorded in the register
on 3 July 2015 and will be paid on 21 July 2015.
