Announcement regarding resignation and appointment of company secretary
and resignation of non-executive director
1. Resignation and appointment of company secretary
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, unitholders are
advised that:
(a) Mr Paul Lam-Po-Tang will be appointed as company secretary of Investec
Property Limited, the responsible entity of the Fund, with effect from 6 March
2014; and
(b) Mr Anthony Rubin will resign as company secretary of Investec Property Limited,
the responsible entity of the Fund, with effect from 7 March 2014.
2. Resignation of non-executive director
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, unitholders are
advised that Mr David Gonski will resign as a non-executive director of Investec Property
Limited, the responsible entity of the Fund, with effect from 31 March 2014. Mr Gonski
has been appointed chairman of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited,
with effect from 1 May 2014. As such, Mr Gonski has decided to relinquish certain of his
non-executive directorships. The board of Investec Property Limited, the responsible
entity of the Fund, would like to thank Mr Gonski for his invaluable contribution to
Investec Property Limited and the Fund and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
