Directors’ Interests in Shares

On the dates set out below, awards made to certain Executive Directors under the Capital & Counties
Properties PLC Matching Share Plan in 2010 vested in full. The shares were transferred to
participants for nil consideration and a number of shares were sold, in part to meet tax and NI
liabilities. The transactions are set out below:
