REMINDER OF THE RELEASE OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2023 AND
A LIVE PRESENTATION THEREOF

Shareholders are advised that Aspen intends to release its annual financial results for the year ended
30 June 2023 on the JSE Stock Exchange News Service on Wednesday, 30 August 2023. The live presentation
to the investment community which will be hosted by Investec in Cape Town, in respect of these results, is
scheduled to take place at 08h30 (SAST) on 31 August 2023.
