DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 12 May 2020, in which shareholders were advised that Vukile's
black empowerment investor, Encha Properties Equity Investments Proprietary Limited ("Encha Properties") announced
certain amendments to their loan and security arrangements with Investec Bank Limited ("Investec"). Shareholders are
further referred to the SENS announcement dated 24 August 2022, in which shareholders were advised that, whilst Encha
Properties remains a long-term strategic shareholder in Vukile, it does intend to dispose of 5 500 000 Vukile shares in order
to reduce its loan capital balance with Investec, as previously committed to. Prior to the transaction detailed below, Encha
Properties has disposed of 2 701 669 Vukile shares out of the intended 5 500 000 shares.
Further to the above, shareholders are now advised of the following transaction that has been undertaken by Encha
Properties, an associate of Dr Sedise Moseneke, a non-executive director of Vukile:
