LISTING APPLICATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAPITAL & COUNTIES PROPERTIES PLC SCRIP
DIVIDEND ALTERNATIVE
Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the “Company”) announces that a total of 153,071 new
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (the “Scrip Shares”) will be issued
on 23 September 2021.
The Scrip Shares will be credited as fully paid and rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company including the right to receive all future
dividends and distributions declared, made or paid.
Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s (“LSE”) main market for listed securities. The
Company has also applied to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) for the listing of the Scrip
Shares on the Main Board of the JSE. The listing of the Scrip Shares on the LSE and the JSE will
become effective 23 September 2021.
