AVAILABILITY AND DISTRIBUTION OF SUMMARISED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
29 March 2018 providing notice that:

-   the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017, the 2017 integrated annual
    report, the annual value creation report and the leadership report of ArcelorMittal South Africa was made
    available on the Company’s website at www.arcelormittalsa.com on Tuesday 29 March 2018; and

-   the Annual General Meeting of the Company´s shareholders will be held at 09h00 on Thursday
    24 May 2018 at ArcelorMittal South Africa, The Place, First Floor, 1 Sandton Drive, Sandton, South
    Africa,

Shareholders are advised that the summarised annual financial statements of the ArcelorMittal South Africa
Group for the year ended 31 December 2017, which includes a Notice of the 30th Annual General Meeting of
shareholders together with the supporting documents in addition to a form of proxy, is available on the
Company’s website at www.arcelormittalsa.com and will be distributed to shareholders today, Thursday
26 April 2018.

SALIENT DATES

The record date for ArcelorMittal South Africa shareholders to participate in, attend and vote at the Annual
General Meeting was set as at the close of business on Friday, 18 May 2018 (“voting record date”).

Therefore, the last day to trade in the Company’s shares on the JSE in order to be recorded in the share
register on the voting record date is Tuesday, 15 May 2018.
