Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT – SALIENT DATES – SIX MONTHS ENDED 31
DECEMBER 2017
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in
regard to a possible bi-annual distribution for the six months ended
31 December 2017 by the ETF to holders of SYGP securities:
Last day to trade “cum” distribution: Friday, 22 December 2017
Securities trade “ex” distribution: Wednesday,27 December 2017
Record date: Friday, 29 December 2017
Announcement of distribution amount in USD
(if any) and the payment date will be made
on or before: Wednesday, 3 January 2018
Holders of SYGP securities who hold 100 000 or more SYGP securities,
and qualify in terms of South African Exchange Control requirements
may elect to receive the distribution in USD payable to their
“foreign USD cash account held at their applicable USD clearer”.
Such election is to be conveyed to Sygnia Itrix (RF) (Pty) Limited
(“Sygnia Itrix”) via the holder’s CSDP in the required format by no
later than Wednesday, 27 December 2017, failing which holders will
be paid the ZAR equivalent referred to above.
