RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Shareholders are advised that Mr. John Gildersleeve has resigned as an independent
non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2016. Based in the United Kingdom,
John has commitments to business and family that demand more of his attention in his
home country. The Board thanks John for the invaluable contribution he has made to the
growth and success of the Company, drawing on his expertise and knowledge of
international retail practices, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
