CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is disclosed: 

On the recommendation of the  Nominations Committee, the board of Comair is pleased to 
announce the appointment of Kirsten King as Financial Director for the group, effective 9 June 
2014, following on the emigration of Yasas Sri-Chandana (the Company’s former Financial 
Director), to Australia in January 2014.  

Kirsten is a registered chartered accountant, and was the manager responsible for the external 
audit of Comair in 2009 and 2010. She joined Comair as the Revenue Accountant in February 2011.  
During her time with Comair she has gained substantial exposure to the challenges facing the 
industry, and to managing the accounting function in the group. The board wishes her every 
success in her new role. 

In addition to the foregoing and on recommendation of the Nominations Committee, Comair also 
announces the following changes to important functions performed by its directors, namely that: 

a) Hubert Rene Brody, an independent non-executive director, was appointed by the board to 
   sit on both Comair’s Audit and Risk Committees effective 9 June 2014. 
b) Ms Wrenelle Doreen Stander, an independent non-executive director, was appointed by the 
   board of Comair to sit on the Company’s Social and Ethics Committee effective 9 June 2014.
