CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS for the year ended 30 June 2025

RESULTS OVERVIEW

    •    Revenue increased by 14% to R1 995 million
    •    Adjusted EBITDA¹ increased by R75 million to R166 million
    •    Debt increased by R126 million
    •    Net debt stands at R561 million
    •    Cash generated from operations increased by R119 million to R148 million
    •    Biological asset value increased by 19%² to R3 249 million
    •    Net working capital increased by 9% to R223 million
    •    Earnings per share increased from 12.97 cents² to 68.19 cents
    •    Headline earnings per share increased from 13.74 cents² to 66.69 cents
    •    Core earnings³ per share improved from a loss of 10.74 cents to a loss of 0.28 cents
    •    Net asset value per share increased from 592 cents² to 659 cents
    •    No dividend has been declared for year ended 30 June 2025 (2024: R nil)

¹ Earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, amortisation, impairment and fair value adjustment on biological assets.
² The prior year figures have been restated. Refer to note 39 of the audited consolidated and separate annual financial statements.
