NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SEA HARVEST

In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008 (the "Companies Act"),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), shareholders are hereby advised that Sea Harvest
has received notification from Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited ("Brimstone"), that Brimstone
has effected an internal restructure in terms of which the entirety of its beneficial interest of 53.39% in
Sea Harvest was transferred from its wholly owned subsidiaries Newshelf 1411 (Proprietary) Limited
("NS 1411") and Newshelf 1169 (Proprietary) Limited ("NS 1169") and consolidated in wholly-owned
subsidiary, Newshelf 1063 (RF) Proprietary Limited ("NS 1063"), such that NS 1063 now holds
Brimstone's 53.39% interest in Sea Harvest's total issued ordinary shares. At all times during the
relevant steps of the internal restructure, Brimstone directly or indirectly held 100% of the shares in NS
1411, NS 1169 and NS 1063.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel ("TRP").

The board of directors of Sea Harvest accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement having relied on the notice information as provided by Brimstone and its wholly-owned
subsidiaries, being NS 1063, NS 1411 and NS 1169 in the TRP 121.1 Forms and, to the best of their
knowledge and belief, such information is true and does not omit anything likely to affect the importance
of such information contained herein.
