CORRECTION TO SHORT FORM ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the short form announcement published on SENS on 2 March 2023 in respect of Capital
& Regional’s year end results to 30 December 2022 and are advised of the following correction to the headline
earnings per share figures disclosed in the short form announcement:
