CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are informed of the change to the Trustco board of directors (“Board”) as set out below.


Resignation

Due to personal reasons, Mr Richard Marney notified the Board of his resignation as a non-
executive director of the Company on 5 August 2022, which took place with immediate
effect. Mr R Marney has served on the Board since 9 March 2021 and has made a valuable
contribution to the Trustco group. The Board thanks Mr Marney for his valuable contribution
during his tenure as a non-executive director.
