TERMINATION OF ASTORIA’S SECONDARY LISTING ON THE NAMIBIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
Astoria shareholders are advised that Astoria shares will be delisted from the Namibian Stock Exchange
(“NSX”) as soon as practically possible. Astoria will remain listed on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange
of the JSE (“AltX”).
Astoria has maintained a listing of all the issued ordinary shares of Astoria by way of a secondary listing
on the NSX with effect from 10 February 2016 under the NSX share code “ARO”.
As there are currently no Astoria shares held by any shareholder on the NSX, the secondary listing of all the
Astoria shares on the NSX will be suspended and terminated with effect from 31 January 2020 or at such
times and such dates as will be approved by the NSX.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and
a secondary listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
