The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company wishes to inform shareholders of Greenbay and the 
general public that the provisional summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year 
ended 30 September 2018 have been published and can be viewed on Greenbay’s (www.greenbayprop.mu/financials).

Greenbay has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") 
and the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited ("JSE").
