CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE


Shareholders are hereby advised that Valentine Dzvova (“Ms Dzvova”)
has resigned from the audit and risk committee of the Company with
effect from 28 April 2022.

Ms Dzvova has offered to attend the Company meetings as an invitee in
the future.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Dzvova for her services as a member of
the audit and risk committee.
