Shareholders are advised that Sea Harvest will be hosting the interim financial results presentation relating to the
Company’s interim financial results for the period ended 30 June 2021 live via webcast at 10h00 on Tuesday, 31
August 2021.

The webcast can be accessed at https://www.corpcam.com/Seaharvest31082021. A copy of the interim results
presentation which will be presented will be available on the Company’s website after the presentation.

A Q&A facility will be available during and after the presentation.
