VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – B-BBEE LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATION

Omnia Holdings proudly announces another milestone in delivering value to all stakeholders. Omnia Group
(Pty) Ltd has achieved a B-BBEE supplier recognition of 125%, being a Level 2 contributor. Full scores were
awarded for Ownership, Enterprise & Supplier Development and Socio-Economic Development.
