EXXARO WATERBERG REGION PRESENTATION

Shareholders of Exxaro are advised that a presentation on developments in the
Waterberg Region will be made to investment analysts and media today at 11h30.

The presentation is titled “Mining and infrastructure developments – an update on
Exxaro’s prospects for growth” and forms part of a site visit to the group’s Grootegeluk
mine situated at Lephalale, Limpopo.

The presentation will be available for viewing on the Exxaro website,
www.exxaro.com, from 11h30 today. Presentations to be delivered by Transnet
Freight Rail and Eskom during the same site visit will also be available on the same
website.
