Further to the announcement on 15 April 2014 advising of the appointment of Malcolm
Brinded as a Director of BHP Billiton Plc and BHP Billiton Limited with effect from 15 April
2014 we now advise details of Mr Brinded’s interests in BHP Billiton shares:
