DIRECTOR’S / PDMR’s INTERESTS

The Company announces that 51,680 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,
representing the first tranche of an award granted to Mark Cutifani, Chief Executive, upon his
appointment in 2013, vested on 21 February 2014. Following the sale of 24,290 shares at
£15.39 per share to meet the income tax / NIC liability, 27,390 shares have been released to Mr
Cutifani.
