APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Stor-Age is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alan Menigo as an independent non-executive
director with effect from 23 January 2023. Upon joining the board, Alan will also take up a position on
the investment committee.

Alan Menigo:

Alan is a Chartered Accountant (SA), and has been working in the property sector since 2008. He has
been involved with Rapfund Investments (Pty) Limited, a long term investor in commercial property,
since 2012 and currently serves as its chief operating officer.

Prior to this, he served as chief financial officer of Fountainhead Property Trust. Alan completed his
articles with KPMG in Cape Town, whereafter he joined the New York office of KPMG in their
Transaction Services Division which entailed various aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

The Board extends a warm welcome to Alan and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
