LISTING OF THE SATRIX SMART CITY INFRASTRUCTURE FEEDER ETF (“THE
PORTFOLIO”) - STXCTY

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 19 July
2022 regarding the results of the initial public offer for
subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the listing of the portfolio.


Issued securities and listing

Satrix Smart City Infrastructure Feeder ETF will issue 195 043 (One
hundred and ninety five thousand and forty three) securities,
comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions, to list on
the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of approximately R49.14 per security, to
commence trading on Tuesday, 26 July 2022.
